Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule

Please meet your shuttle in front of your hotel at the arrival time listed below. Shuttles will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time.

Hampton Inn: Arrive at 4:00 PM | Departs at 4:15 PM
Courtyard Marriott: Arrive at 4:00 PM | Departs at 4:15 PM
The Valley: Arrive at 4:15 PM | Departs at 4:30 PM

Please be on time, as shuttles cannot wait for late guests. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Ceremony to Reception:
Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests from the church to the reception venue.

Return Transportation:
Shuttles will run from the reception venue back to the hotels every 30 minutes from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with the 9:30 PM shuttle being the last early return.
Following the conclusion of the reception at 11:00 PM, shuttles will resume service and continue transporting guests back to the hotels until everyone has been accommodated.
